50% of the proceeds from this session goes to BIO Girls! You can purchase any time. Your first Sauna + Cold Plunge session must be scheduled for May 29th 9-6:30pm. You will then get a full week of unlimited sessions to continue to build your own strength and resilience and improve your mental and physical health! BIO Girls is on a mission to protect & improve the mental health of adolescent girls through empowerment of self and connection with others.
