Cold Plunge 1st Visit

About the Appointment

Welcome, First off thank you for taking the time to reach out and schedule your first cold plunge here at Immersion.  During this visit we will go over the policys and procedures for the cold plunge and sauna.  Also answer any questions that you might have about what to expect.  I am super pumped to meet you and excited for what your about to experience.     Note: I do have towels on site but if you want to bring your own thats fine.  Bathing suit, leggins, sports bra are ok to wear inside the plunge. If you are trying out the sauna make sure to bring shower shoes for the rinse between services.   I would like to add if you have pets to keep your cloths seperate to help keep the water clean.  If you are sweaty from work or working out it is mandatory that you take a shower before getting into the plunge.   Stay Frosty!
