Preparing for Your IASIS Session To get the most out of your treatment and ensure a smooth experience, please remember to follow these two essential guidelines: Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink plenty of fluids (ideally water) before and after your appointment. The brain is roughly 75% water, and being well-hydrated improves the conductivity of the signals and helps your brain process the “reboot” more effectively. Clean Skin is Key: Please do not wear makeup (like foundation or concealer) or heavy skin lotions. The sensors need to make direct contact with your skin—usually on the forehead and behind the ears. Oils and pigments in makeup can create a barrier that interferes with the signal. Complete your 24 Hour Observation report using the IASIS App. Pro Tip: Keep a small notebook or a note on your phone over the next 24–48 hours. Notice if you sleep better, feel less reactive to stress, or have a bit more mental clarity. These “micro-shifts” are exactly what your practitioner will want to hear about at your next visit.
