Tuesday's focus is on speed and agility; we add on with a strength-focused session. The strength portion of the class is built around lifting and resistance work. Athletes train major muscle groups with compound movements and accessory exercises to develop power, stability, and durability. The workout blends proper technique while building the strength foundation needed for peak performance.
Important Info for athletes attending Poly Prep sessions Athletes attending sessions at Poly Prep must enter through the back gate entrance located near the B70/B8 bus stop (9261 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11228). Upon arrival, please provide security with the athlete's name and inform them they are attending a session with Coach Richard James (Brooklyn Speed & Power). Parents are not permitted on campus and must leave once the athlete is checks in.
