This class is for babies who are crawling or just about to. In this class care givers and the host will take babies through tummy time, free movement and toddling using objects babies can push, roll and balance on, developing strong core and back muscles all while parents and caregivers find community and enjoy a hot coffee
Grip Socks Recommended: For safety and comfort during class, we recommend caregivers wear socks with grips, as our space is a no-shoe zone. Stay Hydrated: Bring along a water bottle for you and your little one to stay refreshed during and after class. Snack Time Ready: While the class doesn’t include snacks, feel free to bring a small, easy-to-manage snack for your child if needed. We also have a selection of snacks available for purchase at the front desk. Please ensure any outside snacks are nut-free to keep our environment safe for all participants. Comfortable Attire: Dress yourself and your little one in comfy, flexible clothing to allow for easy movement and crawling fun.
