The focus of Progressing in Strength is to provide an effective and adaptable resistance training program to our attendees. Regardless of your past experience with exercise, current level of fitness, or injury history, Dean will be able to make the day's workout suitable for you so that you can make gains despite the obstacles you may face. Conversely, those who are advanced in their training experience will also be able to see great benefits as progressions and more advanced techniques can be programmed for you.
