A personalized, one-on-one Pilates session tailored to your body, goals, and experience level. Expect thoughtful guidance, mindful movement, and supportive pacing that prioritizes safety and alignment. Ideal for beginners, injury recovery, trauma-sensitive work, and deeper strength and stability. A Pilates-integrated therapy session is a psychotherapy appointment provided by a licensed mental health professional in which Pilates-informed movement may be incorporated as a therapeutic intervention to support treatment goals such as emotional regulation, trauma recovery, body awareness, and improved functioning related to a diagnosed mental health condition. When sessions are provided as psychotherapy, they are medically necessary, diagnosis-driven, and may be billed to insurance under the appropriate psychotherapy CPT code. In this context, movement is used in service of clinical treatment and is not a standalone Pilates or fitness service. When Pilates is provided outside of a psychotherapy framework, without diagnosis or treatment planning, it is considered a wellness service and is not billable to insurance.
Please bring grippy socks (or purchase in the studio) and wear clothing that can move with your body (no jeans). We will need to verify your insurance coverage prior to your visit if you intend to have us bill insurance for these services.
