About the Class

Hatchlings, a Mommy and Baby group class (approximately 30 minutes), is the ideal opportunity for the Mommas to learn how to properly strengthen their low core & pelvic floor post-partum accompanied with their infant. This class is devoted to Mothers, with your infant in tow, for a bonding experience while strengthening your body. Mommy & Me type classes provide Mothers a chance to connect with others, to share experiences, and build a supportive network within our community. This structured type setting also offers infants the opportunity to explore and develop social skills such as taking turns, sharing, and cooperation. Hatchlings provides a dedicated quality time for parents and babies to engage in meaningful activities together and just focus on the present. This class is led by Dr. Sarah, licensed physical therapist. Please ensure you have been medically cleared by your physician prior to initiating an exercise routine. *Please note: If your child is significantly affecting the flow of the class, the staff may request for you and your child to leave the class.
