HATCHLINGS, a Mommy + Baby group class is the ideal opportunity for Moms with babies 6 weeks to 12 months, to focus on breath, core engagement, and strengthening for the demands of motherhood while reconnecting to your body post pregnancy. This physical therapist lead class is specifically designed for Mommas using a hands-on approach and instant feedback, teaching you the correct technique encouraging you to become independent with core exercises at home! Let me help you find your way back to movement and yourself in those first months after birth, while you get out of the house and connect with other moms. No babysitter required!! Mommy & Me type classes provide Moms a chance to connect, to share, and to build a supportive network within our community. This class is led by Dr. Sarah, certified & licensed physical therapist. *Please ensure you have been medically cleared by your physician prior to initiating an exercise routine. *Class is approximately 30 minutes. *Please note: If your child is significantly affecting the flow of the class, the staff may request for you and your child to leave the class.
