Stego-Stomp

About the Class

Stego-Stomp is an energetic music and movement type class for toddlers 3 and 4 years old (approximately 30 minutes). Led by Dr. Sarah, a licensed physical therapist, this class uses music to engage multiple senses, helping to improve fine motor skills, spatial awareness, rhythm, and pattern recognition. Singing and dancing foster creative expression, boost cognitive development—such as memory and attention—and promote positive emotions. It’s a fun, developmental activity that encourages kids to explore, express, and grow through movement and music. Includes various musical instruments, animal noises, and singing all the while incorporating play in a relaxed class setting. *Please note: If your child is significantly affecting the flow of the class, the staff may request for you and your child to leave the class.
