I was sceptical when I first walked in the door. Yes im well over 50, 66 in fact. But I was use to training with 30 & 40 year old. Would this do it for me. Absolutely. The classes are great. The circuit and weight classes are well programmed. You can do you. I can still lift as heavy as I want. Or do as many push ups as I wish. It's for everybody, beginners and experienced. What I like is no one judges you. If you are new to exercise just do it. If your experienced like me this also accommodates you. Highly recommend. Better to do
