I've been working in the health and fitness industry since 2015, working as a PT and also as a group trainer.I provide my clients with holistic fitness coaching to help them improve and smash their goals. More than just training, my primary goal when I coach clients is to help them develop discipline, determination and independence.I love to design and create unique & tailored training programs for my clients, always respecting the principle of individualism. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle or just become more confident on the gym floor. I truly think fitness & excercise should not be looked as a chore, but more as a opportunity to celebrate your body and mind capacity. I have helped many people along the way by teaching them how to stay consistent following their own customised routine.In my spare time I enjoy being surrounded by friends and family, sharing a nice meal and being outdoors.
