Our Gravity Training classes are an intensive Small Group Personal Training Session with no more than 5 Participants designed to suit your physical needs and motivate you even if you don't feel like it. No matter your ability level is from pure weakness to advanced you will notice a definite change in your body and strength  Great energy, good music, and this kick-butt workout gets you in the zone to get more done in a day. Showers, lockers and towel service included. Enjoy a swim and/or hot tub before or after.

It offers an unparalleled program variety, from boot camps to choreographed Pilates, inspires member participation and puts gym equipment to maximum use. Gravity Training is a low impact, a high-intensity program that is adjusted to each participants ability level so that nobody is left behind.
