I understand what it's like to be busy while trying to carve out time for myself.  I've spent over 15 years in the fitness industry as a competitive runner. My highlights include: 16 road marathons, including 3 Boston Marathons Several 1/2 marathons and 10K road racesSeveral Spartan RacesSeveral Ultra races, including a 100 miler I've spent a lot of time learning how to train myself mentally and physically for rigorous events. I like to bring that same drive to my clients and their training in my commitment to their goals.  My training philosophies are centered around my education and experience as an athlete. A selection of my continuing education includes: A-CFHC Health Coach, Certified Biomechanics Specialist, TRX, AIM Closed Chain Lower Limb Biomechanics, Mobility Coach Plus, Precision Nutrition 1, Exercise Therapy, Can Fit Pro, Caveman Kettlebells. I'm an avid learner. I'm consistently reading new books and taking new courses. I believe wholeheartedly in a GROWTH MINDSET. Workouts I Love Cardio: Trail running with my son and my dog. Weightroom: Back squats and single-leg box squats. High Heart Rate:  Fight Gone Bad WOD
