About the Class

Family Circuits is 45 minutes of strength and conditioning to help regain those pre baby muscles and build a healthy strong body. Your little one (no age limit for children) can roam free with you watching over them. You may book this class even if you do not have children. Please be aware it is prodominantly child friendly. Please be very mindful with snacks and dirty trainers. We try to keep the studio as clean as possible in terms of hygiene and would greatly appreciate all the help we can get. Cancellation is strictly 8 hours before class start time. If cancelled within 8 hours your PAYG session will be charged at full rate. Please let your trainer know of any injuries before attending to help planning of the class as we check who is booked in and plan specifically for those clients.
