About the Class

This is a 45 minute class focused on strength and form. A little bit slower in terms of HIIT. You will be asked to focus on how your body moves and take direction to make sure you do not injure yourself. The focus is to be able to lift heavier, increase that all important bone density and to work hard with out doing 100 burpees!   There is a maximum of 4 client per class to allow more a more tutored approach and space as we will be using barbells. The Trainer needs to be able to watch you intently and this is better with 4 people.  Please DO NOT wear running trainers for this class. You needa flat soled trainer to help with lifting in all cases. In some classes you may even lift better taking off your shoes!

Special Instructions

Cancellation is strictly 12 hours before class start time. If cancelled within 12 hours your PAYG session will be charged at full rate.  Please let your trainer know of any injuries before attending to help planning of the class as we check who is booked in and plan specifically for those clients.
