Elite Health established in 2004 is A Personal Training Studio
and Therapy clinic. Elite Health provides Personal Training both in
our studios with real privacy or virtually via zoom. We also
provide Sports Massage Therapy, Osteopathy, Body Massage and
Exercise for the Management of backpain.
We are a committed team of health professionals who put our
clients at the very heart of what we do. We have a vast experience
of looking after clients from the young to in their later years.
Whether you’re looking for fitness, tone, body shaping, weight

Elite Health caters for Pre and Post-natal work and a vast
range of conditions which include Asthma, Osteo and Rheumatoid
