Online coaching includes a fully customized training program tailored to individual goals, along with nutrition guidance to support progress. Clients receive weekly check-ins, bi-weekly Zoom calls, and ongoing messaging support with a 24–48 hour response time to ensure accountability and continued progress.
You will be prompted to choose a date and time, that will be our first biweekly zoom call. During this call, we will discuss your goals, habits, and what we need to do to make sure you see progress.
