Online coaching includes a fully customized training program tailored to individual goals, along with nutrition guidance to support progress. Clients receive weekly check-ins, bi-weekly Zoom calls, and ongoing messaging support with a 24–48 hour response time to ensure accountability and continued progress.
The date you are prompted to choose will be your first “check-in” zoom call. If we haven't gone over your health history and fitness goals yet, we will at this time. If we have, we will be diving deeper into what you need to see progress.
