Fun and Engaging Fitness Class for Adults 60+ This class is perfect for anyone 60 and over who wants to improve their fitness, balance, strength, and overall well-being in a fun and supportive environment. Class created  for our Seniors. Improve your fitness in a fun and supportive environment. We'll guide you through a safe and effective routine that includes: Stretches and movements to get your body ready for exercise.  Low-impact activities like, marching, or stepping to keep your heart healthy and your energy levels up. No complicated routines, just fun ways to move your body! Light exercises using weights, resistance bands, or even your own body weight to build strength and improve balance. We'll focus on major muscle groups to keep you feeling strong and independent.    

Special Instructions

No prior experience is necessary! We will modify exercises to fit your fitness level. Bring comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move around in easily. A water bottle is also recommended. Most importantly, come ready to have fun and feel your best!
