*45 Minute SIT-Sprint Interval Training and HIIT High Intensity Interval Training otherwise know as S/HIIT :) *The main difference between SIT/HIIT are the work to rest ratios and maximal versus submaximal output. *SIT is working at YOUR max effort, really getting after it for a shorter duration of 5-20s with much longer rest periods 1-3 min+. For this you'll be doing most of the SIT on bikes & rowers focusing on our watts (power output). This will be the main focus on of this class. *HIIT you'll work at just below your max effort,,r est times are typically shorter, think EMOMs, Tabatas, AMRAP.
