Strength and cardio combined to give you one heck of a metabolic workout!  Metabolic conditioning is a strategy to maximize calorie burn both during and after your workout.  Kinda like HIIT, but a little different. We'll use compound movements, those are the movements that give you the most bang for your buck varying the types of resistance you use, work/rest ratios and hey build some lean mass, while burning the fat baby! Oh and don't forget about the cardiovascular benefits.  You'll grunt, sweat and maybe shed a tear  (not really ;) but you'll feel good when you're done.   Don't let the description make you say “ oh this isn't for me”  it sure can be. Most sets/circuits are timed, scaleable reps are given on our EMOMS and AMRAPS are as many rounds as YOU can.  You got this!
