I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I first became certified in 2018 a few shortyears after finding a new passion for health & fitness. And, after competing in myfirst bodybuilding competition. Once I experienced how great I felt in my day today life (physically & mentally) through fueling my body with nutritious food, &exercise. I wanted to help others do the same. I have had my fair share ofhelping family members & friends find their way to health & wellness but I striveto expand. I specialize in strength training, this is the way I have trained myselffor years.I believe that exercise is much more than a “weight-loss tool”. It will help onebuild discipline, improve your mental & emotional mood and build yourconfidence to do hard things. In short, it is the pathway to creating a great qualityof life. My goal is to help people see all of the extra benefits that come fromincorporating health, wellness & fitness in to their lives.Aside from training I enjoy spending time with my siblings the most, and visitingnew areas whether it be near or far. Walks at the park or lake are my favorite wayto unwind. I love to try new restaurants and new food. Even cooking new recipesfrom Pinterest on my free time.
