About the Class

Build strength, tone your lower body, and fire up your core in one powerful class. We'll start with 30 minutes of lower body strength training (non-heated) using barbells + dumbbells to help you build muscle, improve form, and progressively get stronger week after week. Then finish with 15 minutes of hot Pilates core to leave your abs shaking. This class is part of our Spring Strong 8-week Pilates + Strength program — designed to help you get stronger, leaner, and more confident. You’ll receive an 8-week strength tracker so you can watch your progress as you level up throughout the series.
