session goal nº1:  athletes understand what muscles are active in athletic postures. session goal nº2:  athletes understand how strength in those postures improves performance –– acceleration, change of direction, deceleration and jumping.

Special Instructions

indoor / turfs or basketball shoes are preferred.  no cleats. any training shoe will work if you don't have indoor / turfs or basketball shoes.
