About the Class

This class will focus on balance, strength and mobility through a variety of exercises that help optimize movement patterns. This type of training is designed to help individuals move more efficiently and confidently. During this class we will bring awareness to our individual movement and breathing imbalances and then challenge and improve them. Its goal is to translate your results into marked improvements in sports performance, daily activities and to aid in reducing the risk of injury and falls.
