The Initial Athlete Assessment is the first step for athletes interested in Strength & Conditioning training. It's a one-on-one evaluation designed to establish a baseline for an athlete’s strength, speed, movement quality, and overall performance. This assessment helps identify strengths, weaknesses, and key areas for improvement, ensuring that each athlete receives a customized training experience that aligns with their goals. During the assessment, athletes will go through a series of performance tests, movement screenings, and strength evaluations to measure key athletic traits such as: Acceleration & sprint speed Agility & change of direction ability Vertical jump & explosive power Strength & mobility Injury risk factors & movement efficiency Following the assessment, our coaching team will provide a detailed performance breakdown and training recommendations to help the athlete maximize their development.
