Improve ball control, footwork, and overall court movement in our Ball-Handling & Footwork Training sessions. These 30-minute high-intensity skill development sessions focus on dribbling, hand speed, body positioning, and movement efficiency. Designed for all skill levels, from beginners looking to build confidence to advanced players refining their game, this training helps athletes develop the handling skills needed to control the ball under pressure, create space, and improve overall court awareness. Open to basketball players ages 8 and up. Available as part of a membership or drop-in session.
Athletes can bring their own basketball if they prefer. Please arrive 5 minutes early, sessions start promptly.
