Our High School Sports Performance program is designed for athletes ages 14 and up who are serious about taking their game to the next level. These 60-minute semi-private sessions focus on developing the key physical qualities that drive athletic success: strength, speed, power, mobility, and conditioning. Each session follows a structured progression and includes: Strength & resistance training tailored to the athlete's sport and position Speed and agility drills to improve first-step quickness and change of direction Explosive power development using plyometrics and advanced training methods Mobility and injury prevention strategies for long-term durability Recovery education and mindset coaching to support performance under pressure Led by certified performance coaches, these sessions are capped at 6 athletes per group to ensure individualized attention and proper movement coaching. This program is ideal for high school athletes in the off-season, pre-season, or in-season who want to stay strong, move better, and compete with confidence.
