Our Middle School Sports Performance program is built for athletes ages 11–13 who are ready to develop a strong athletic foundation in a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment. These 60-minute semi-private sessions are focused on teaching proper movement mechanics while improving strength, speed, agility, and coordination. Each session includes: Fundamental strength training using bodyweight and age-appropriate resistance Speed and agility development to improve reaction time and footwork Jump training and coordination drills for explosive movement patterns Mobility and flexibility work to support healthy growth and reduce injury risk Education on recovery, focus, and mindset to prepare athletes for higher levels of competition With a maximum of 6 athletes per group, each athlete receives hands-on coaching that meets them where they are—helping them build confidence, learn proper technique, and prepare for long-term athletic success. This program is ideal for middle school athletes looking to prepare for school sports, develop safe training habits, and build the tools they’ll need as they progress into high school competition.
