About the Class

Strength and Power Circuits is a “Do-at-your -own-pace” Full Body Workout.  Each week Coach Dwayne coaches our small group through a challenging workout consisting or 4 -5 circuits. We usually use most of the equupment in the gym including Barbells, Kettlebells, Power Sleds and Slam Balls. Perfect for anyone who need to stretch train to spped up their metabolism, strengthen bones, tone a those flabby body parts in build lean muscle to help increase live a pain free active life. -All Fitness Levels -Create your own Impact and Insensity
