Kyle graduated from Ramapo College of NJ with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management. Kyle played for the Florence Freedom of the Frontier Minor League Organization in 2017 and spent spring training with the Black Sox Pro Baseball Organization in 2018.Kyle has been with Pratt Performance since 2017 and works as a Trainer and Director of Business Operations. He thoroughly enjoys the process of assisting and seeing people grow, reaching their full potential. The environment at Pratt Performance Systems creates this every single day.
