Fresh Training’s Small Group Personal Training offers personalized fitness in a motivating small group setting. With expert coaches and programs tailored to your goals, you’ll get the results of one-on-one training—at a fraction of the cost. Train alongside up to five like-minded individuals, build strength, improve mobility, and stay consistent with support every step of the way. *Book your visit up to 14 days in advance or as soon as 30 minutes prior to workout.  *6 hour cancelation policy. Please cancel outside of 6 hours if you cant make the workout. Late cancels may result in a lost session or termination of your membership if you have over 5 late cancels.
