With over five years of experience as a physical educator and sport performance coach, I’ve worked extensively with both athletes and general population clients in 1-on-1 and group settings. I specialize in improving body composition, cardiovascular health, movement efficiency, and athletic performance through speed, agility, and balance training. I’m passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and view each session as a chance to create meaningful, lasting change. My coaching philosophy centers on consistency, adaptability, and enjoyment. I believe that progress comes from showing up, evolving with life’s changes, and finding joy in movement. I bring empathy, curiosity, and commitment to each session, and if I don’t know the answer—I’ll find it. Outside the gym, I stay active with my three kids through hiking, biking, paddle boarding, and snowboarding. I’m also a die-hard Blazers and Ducks fan, bookworm, and comedy enthusiast!
