Hyatt Strength + Wellness
A licensed massage therapist since 1994 with a background in women's health and oncology, I bring a deep love for anatomy and physiology to every session. I work collaboratively with my clients to uncover the root movement patterns behind discomfort, combining myofascial recovery, range-of-motion work, and breathwork to restore optimal mobility. Joining Hyatt Strength & Wellness is a dream fit because lasting transformation happens when bodywork on the table bridges directly into active movement, and I adore partnering long-term with clients to map out progress and celebrate their achievements. My own health journey—managing hypermobility and aging in a physically demanding job—has shown me firsthand the value of long-term fitness and coaching partnerships. I’ve loved staying in motion through everything from marathons and the Seattle-to-Portland bike ride to rowing, Olympic weightlifting, outdoor swimming, paddleboarding, and dance. While I'm no elite athlete, these active pursuits make my life infinitely richer, and I bring that same passion, energy, and strength to helping my clients feel and move their best.
