30 Minutes of Everything is a whole-body centered lifestyle program incorporating acupuncture, healthy eating, and proper exercise. Our 30-minute exercise program is designed to help you move and feel better - long term. We offer online live Zoom classes, Zoom private training, in-person private training, and a monthly video membership.
