1 hour consultation with your future health & wellness coach. You will discuss intentions, goals, habits, and many other factors to determine what program best suits all your needs. At the conclusion of the session you will be given options for moving forward with training. Your $20 refundable deposit will either be used toward your first payment or returned to you.
