This Private Pilates will incorporate The Reformer, the Spring Board, the CoreAlign, along with floor work. Your instructor will customize a program perfect for your individual fitness level, goals, and help in correcting any muscle imbalances through isometrics. She will follow The Continuum Methods philosophy of not stretching in order to keep your muscles fully engaged in the process. You will be given easy to understand instructions verbally and visually if needed and will watch very carefully for proper form. She will make sure you are engaging in the correct form and feeling the correct muscles working.
