I’m a Navy veteran whose path has taken me through personal training, marketing, and commercial real estate, but I ultimately returned to coaching because helping people one-on-one is where I’m at my best. Fitness played a transformational role in my own life, and now I use that experience to support clients in building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that carry into every part of their lives. My approach blends structure, accountability, and genuine care, meeting people where they are and helping them progress in ways that fit their real-world responsibilities. Outside the gym, you’ll find me exploring the PNW, learning new skills, and enjoying simple hobbies—from cooking to building Legos.
