About the Class

This physio-led Pilates class is designed for all levels including beginners, incorporating a range of equipment and progressions to allow you to work at your own pace. The class targets strength-building in the glutes, abdominals, and both the upper and lower body, with an emphasis on control and precision. Through a series of focused Pilates movements, you’ll improve core strength and spinal alignment, actively conditioning your body. The benefits include enhanced posture, a healthier spine, and overall conditioning to support a healthy, active lifestyle.  

Special Instructions

Location: All Active Pilates and Physio, Studio 2, 32 Main Street, Hillsborough BT26 6AE.  Parking is available on the street nearby, the public car park at the bottom of Main St and at the Forest Park (4 min walk). You can find it on Google Maps here Mats and equipment will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Please also bring a head cushion or a small folded towel for extra support during the class.
