About the Class

These small group Physio led classes are ideal for beginners to reformer Pilates, as well as those experiencing pain, recovering from injury, or pre/post-surgery. We recommend starting with a 1-1 session, particularly if you have any concerns or are new to Pilates. In these classes, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates and the reformer, gaining confidence in using the machine while improving your posture and body control. With a focus on core strength and spinal alignment, reformer movements will help actively strengthen and condition your body.

Location: All Active Pilates and Physio, Studio 1, 32 Main Street, Hillsborough BT26 6AE.  Parking is available on the street nearby, the public car park at the bottom of Main St and at the Forest Park (4 min walk).
