Experienced Healthcare Operations Executive | Doctor of Physical TherapyWith over 25 years of clinical physical therapy experience, I am a passionate master clinician and executive leader dedicated to delivering high-quality rehabilitation, wellness, and fitness services to our community. Holding a doctoral degree in physical therapy and advanced certifications in manual and manipulative therapy, strength and conditioning, dry needling, and clinical instruction, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role.Professional Growth and Development: My journey has taken me from managing partner and director of a single startup clinic to Chief Clinical Officer of a 39-unit enterprise generating $40M in gross revenue with over 600 employees. In this role, I successfully onboarded an 11-unit acquisition, overseeing strategy, execution, and clinical training, EHR platform roll-out, compliance, leadership, and metric achievement programs. I developed an integrated tracking system for Key Metrics, aligning operational productivity, labor management, and goal achievement. Additionally, I co-chaired the initiation, development and roll out of the current clinical residency program and have mentored and developed five separate de novo partners, guiding them into multi-partnership clinics.Driven by Outcomes and Patient Focus: I am committed to empowering, enabling, and facilitating the best possible patient outcomes and professional growth for myself and my team.
