the assistance of a qualified professional as needed. Gym hours are
available from M-Th 8am- 12pm and 1pm-4pm and Fridays from
8am-12pm.

Physiotherapy Clinic

We are a functional exercise facility offering individual and
small group training sessions designed by a physical therapist. Our
goal is to fill in the missing gap between physical therapy and
traditional fitness classes.  You will always have your own
workout station and equipment at least 7 feet away from your
neighbor.
