Some people use this time to: Network and meet other entrepreneurs in the space • Jump in a cold plunge to wake up the nervous system • Grab a peptide or NAD shot • Use the sauna or red light therapy • Get settled and plan their week ahead This first hour is intentionally flexible so everyone can arrive, reset, and prepare for the week. 11:00AM — Priming Breathwork + Intention Setting We begin the official Momentum Monday container with a short guided breathwork session designed to: • Clear mental fog • Regulate the nervous system • Increase focus and creativity • Set intentions for the week ahead This short reset helps everyone enter the workday grounded, focused, and energized. 11:30AM onward — Coworking + Collaboration After breathwork, the space transitions into a focused coworking environment where entrepreneurs and creatives work alongside one another. You’re welcome to stay for a few hours or spend the entire day inside the space. Throughout the day you can also enjoy REVO’s recovery tools and Momentum Monday offers. This is not traditional networking — it’s an environment for authentic connection, collaboration, and growth.
