Hatha Yoga Flow ‍ Held in our peaceful upstairs studio – with rooftop classes available, weather permitting This dynamic Hatha Yoga Flow is designed to balance physical and mental energies through intentional movement and breath. Ideal for students ready to explore their physical edge, this intermediate-level class begins slowly with grounding postures, builds heat through one-breath-one-movement sequences, and winds down with soothing seated poses. Through continuous breath work and mindful flow, you’ll develop strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to your body and mind. Enjoy your practice in our beautiful upstairs studio, thoughtfully designed for comfort and tranquility. On clear days, we take the experience to our stunning rooftop space for an energizing practice under the open sky. Intermediate level – some yoga experience recommended. ‍ Mats and all props provided. Just bring yourself and a willingness to flow.
