You are welcome to enjoy these facilities at any time on the day of your appointment, including: Pool Hot tub Sauna Steam room Indoor track Workout equipment We encourage you to bring swimwear and gym attire so you can fully enjoy these amenities before or after your massage. Massage Therapy Cancellation Policy To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we require a 50% deposit of the regular service price upon booking for all massage therapy appointments. We also ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ advance notice for any cancellations. If you do not provide at least 12 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, the following cancellation policy will be enforced automatically: Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee: You will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the regular booked service amount. Please Note: Payments will be processed on your date of service, and transactions will appear on your bank or credit card statement as receipts for your records. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that any disclosures required by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act are available for your review upon request. The company reserves the right to revoke this payment arrangement if any scheduled payment is not successfully processed. However, this does not release you from your financial obligation. A service fee may be assessed for any returned checks, drafts, or declined credit card transactions due to insufficient funds or other reasons, and a late fee may be applied to overdue payments.
