visit the studio you will have up to an hour to experience
revitalizing core modalities leaving you feeling refreshed and
renewed in a comfortable, community setting.

RESET pass is designed to be one full hour of pure rejuvenation,
including:


Compression Therapy (for legs, hips or
arms)


Full spectrum infrared sauna
session


Cold Water Therapy


Contrast Therapy (alternating infrared
sauna + cold water therapy)
