About the Event

Trauma and anxiety often live in the body, shaping how we move through the world, respond to stress, and experience connection.  This three-week somatic healing series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of safety from within. Through psychoeducation, anatomy, gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll explore how to release stored tension, process emotions, and build resilience in a way that feels safe and empowering. Each week, we’ll deepen our understanding of somatic healing and practice body-based tools to: Create a sense of safety in the body and learn how to gently regulate your nervous system Release stuck energy and process emotions through movement and breath Build embodied resilience to cultivate strength, joy, and a sense of wholeness This series is open to all and is especially supportive for those navigating stress, anxiety, or trauma. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down, listen, and honor your body’s wisdom. Join us in this healing space where your body leads the way back to peace, balance, and connection.
