Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Massage and T-Shock Clients At Cryo Wellness Spa, we strive to provide the best service and care to our clients. In order to maintain our commitment to quality and accommodate all of our clients, we have implemented a cancellation and no-show policy. Policy Details: Appointment Confirmation: A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule your appointment. This card will only be charged in accordance with the terms of this policy. Authorization of this card will occur with an initial $1.00 hold on the card when approved, which will automatically be refunded within 24 hours.  Cancellation Notice and Fee: We kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment as well asensures that we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the high standard of service that you have come to expect from us. In cases where a cancellation is made with less than 12 hours' notice, a fee of $35 will be applied for cancelled 30 and 60 minute massages, as well as cryo facials and body sculpting. A $49 fee will be charged for cancelled 90 minute massages.  We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we will be considerate of extenuating circumstances, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy. Pleasebe advised that this late cancellation fee will be automatically be charged to your payment type that is on file at Cryo Wellness Spa the day of the cancelled appointment.  If a form of payment is not on file, this fee will be added to your next scheduled session.  Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you for the remaining time. However, your session will end on time to avoid inconveniencing the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please communicate with us regarding any special situations, and we will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Acknowledgment: By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation and no-show policy.
