Our newest addition to My Sweat Hut! HaloRed is a cutting-edge booth that seamlessly integrates Salt Therapy and Red Light Therapy - creating a combination that enhances their individual benefits. Special Instructions
There are only two session times: 15min. OR 20min. This booking is for a 15min. session. During the session: Wear cotton shorts and (women can wear a thin t-shirt or sports bra; Men can remove their shirt). Members can utilize a sauna wrap at @no charge; for all others, it is $3 for the use of a wrap. Appointments are tight. If you are 5min. late, you could lose your time to the next person and you can take their later time. Rubber goggles are provided (eye protection is mandatory). Tanning bed goggles are not thick enough to use.
