Our newest addition to My Sweat Hut! HaloRed is a cutting-edge booth that seamlessly integrates Salt Therapy and Red Light Therapy, enhancing their individual benefits. Special Instructions
This booking is for a 20min. session. What to wear? Cotton shorts & a thin tee, or a sports bra, members can utilize a sauna wrap. Non-members, $3 for wrap use. Rubber goggles are provided - sun tan goggles do not supply ample eye protection. Appointments are tight at 30min. intervals. If you are 5 min. late you could lose your spot to the next person and will have to wait and take their time. The HaloRed session is always done prior to a sauna.
